Crafty lets people discover and play games through the Crafty website, mobile app, and related services. You may use Crafty only if you can legally agree to these terms.

You are responsible for your account, device, and activity. Keep sign-in credentials private and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Some features can be used without an account. Account-backed features may include likes, saves, remix requests, profile features, purchases, support, and moderation workflows.

Crafty is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Crafty only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Do not use Crafty to upload, request, share, or promote illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, infringing, dangerous, or otherwise unsafe content.

Do not attempt to bypass moderation, rate limits, security controls, sandboxing, payment controls, or account restrictions.

We may remove content, suspend access, or disable accounts when needed to protect users, creators, Crafty, or legal rights.

If paid access, credits, subscriptions, or other purchases are offered, prices and terms will be shown before checkout.

Web payments are processed by Stripe. Mobile purchases, if available, may be processed by Apple or Google. Refund availability can depend on the payment provider, store policy, and applicable law.

Crafty, the Crafty brand, software, website, app, runtime, and platform services are owned by us or our licensors.

You keep rights you already have in content you provide, but you give us the permissions needed to host, display, moderate, operate, improve, and promote Crafty and the content available through it.

Crafty is still evolving. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, games, availability, prices, or platform support.

We try to keep Crafty reliable, but the service is provided as available and may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Crafty is provided without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
