Account data such as your email address, sign-in provider, display name, and basic profile details when you create or use an account.

Gameplay and product telemetry such as games opened, impressions, likes, reports, completion events, device identifiers we create for anonymous play, session identifiers, timestamps, and crash or runtime error details.

Purchase and billing records when purchases are available. Payment card details are handled by Stripe or the relevant platform payment provider, not stored by Crafty.

Support messages and any details you choose to send us when you contact support.

To operate Crafty, keep accounts signed in, save likes or other authenticated actions, and provide support.

To protect the service from abuse, enforce moderation decisions, investigate reports, and keep game content safe.

To understand reliability and product quality, including crashes, runtime errors, feed performance, and aggregate gameplay metrics.

To process purchases, refunds, tax, and store-review obligations when paid features are available.

We use service providers to run Crafty, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, Sentry for error monitoring, Upstash for rate limiting, Stripe for web payments, and Apple or Google for mobile platform services.

These providers may process data only to provide their services to us. We do not sell personal information.

Crafty is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete it.

Parents or guardians can contact us to request deletion or review of a child's information.

You can play public feed content without signing in. Auth is used for persistence features such as likes, saves, remix requests, and account-backed profile features.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data by contacting support. We may retain limited records when required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.

You can disable some diagnostic sharing at the device or browser level, but Crafty may still collect operational logs needed for security and reliability.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect Crafty data. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required for safety, legal, tax, dispute, or abuse-prevention reasons.
